This was the first LUV record i ever bought from a flea market, it was the first of many, over a period of 2 years i managed to get 15 singles and 2 LPs.

I absolutely LUV this record, the harmonising is spot on, most of my LUV records have been found at flea markets in Spain, they are always a pleasure to olay and sing along to, they are on the CD i made called "The LA LA Queens."

I have this record, although the Aside is great i really prefer this side, i play it quite often .

I rate this as one of Maywoods best, what a vocal treatment, it,s out of this world, it,s a real pity they broke up.

Being a continental truck driver at the time i bought their first LP for my children from a shop in Ostend, i bought more over the next year as they loved them, my youngest Sally joined the Dutch fan club (She was the only English fan.) and eventually we had an invitation to see them in Amsterdam...

I really love this track, i,d never heard it until 3 days ago, it,s a real Gemma Tour de Force. I used to bring back BABE records when i was a continental truck driver in the 70s/80s, they were purely for my children and i got to like them as well.

I love this record, i found a copy at a flea market in Pedreguar in Spain, i have found many other BABE singles at the same market.

I much prefer Gemma singing this than Marga Bult, Gemma gives it more ooomph.

The harmonising on this track is absolutely great, they really do it justice.

This is another of my favourite LUV songs, it,s a pity they never made it in the UK although they did show the TV series but no one was remotely interested.

She had the strongest voice when she was in LUV, she should have gone further as a solo singer, i blame the record companies.

What a lovely song by Gemma, i have always thought she was capable of better things, not that i,m criticising her, i,m not, i loved her in BABE and i love her as a solo singer. Sing for me Gemma.

This was recorded in the UK, i much prefer the recording with the four lads, it is a much superior product with sparse instrumentation.

This is another Mina record i like, it really moved me when i first heard it.

I do not mind if the lyrics are garbled, it,s a great record with a great double guitar solo. I have played it to people who have never heard of her and they all say it,s a great record.

What a lovely cover of a MAYWOOD song. The arrangement is exactly the same but it,s still as good as the original.

I have a Cd of Doris D, it is very good and this track is on it. I find Dutch girl groups interesting to say the least.

I love this record, i found a good copy at a flea market in Spain, i love Dutch 3 girl groups, this record has a whimsicle feeling to it, it makes you feel happy and also has a good sing a long chorus to it.

What a song, it,s a truly tremendos performance from two beautiful ladies of song.

This one should have been a massive hit but it was the B side of SO LONG. THIS ONE BOMBED IN THE UK. It is still one of my favourite ABBA tracks.

Just love those shimmering shining suits, in this song Gemma does a great job, she warms my heart.

I see Marga Bult is miming to Gemma Van Eik, This is the second video i have seen where Marga mimes to Gemma.

Personally i would not have bothered, i can understand a person liking an artist but to add an insult like this is the worst thing.

What an absolutely wonderful record, his phrasing for this particular record is spot on and the backing is first class. Johnnie Ray to me is the finest thing the 50s had to offer.

I bought this record from a flea market, it had a beautiful photo of Heike on the cover, it was in absolute mint condition. I love Gemma and also i love the shiny suits, BABE are one of my favourite 70s/80s Dutch groups, Gemma is much more pleasing to the eye than Marga.

Whats this, Marga Bult miming to Gemma Van Eik, i,d rather see Gemma anyday.

I HAVE THIS ON A Bulgarian pressing of BABE BLITZTERS but this is Marga bult and not Gemma Van Eik, it should be the other way round.

I first saw Rosanna perform this on the Schlager Club, what a powerhouse performance, it really moves and is also great to dance to and why not indeed.

I was really taken by this song when i first saw Rosanna perform it, she remains what she is, a super bimbo.

Marga Bunt may have been a strong singer but she never had the quality and personality of Gemma Van Eyk.

I really love this track, gemma gives it real UMPH, she should have gone on to further hieghts, why she did not, i,ll never know but she remains one of my favourite singers.
