It's written in Tomkin's own hand and is preserved in the Paris MS 1122. As for there being a "quotation" in it by Bull, there are dozens - perhaps 100's of In Nomine's from this period, and of course they all have the same cantus firmus!

Absolutely true Ernst, I've got three instruments to keep tuned and it takes ages. Clavichords really suck! Decided not to humidify this winter unless it goes down to <40% - my maker says his instruments should be "educated" to adapt...!
