THis looks fake. There's no variance in the shape of the "cloud" formation. Any cloud like this would show some affect of atmospheric movement and this one clearly does not.

What you have to realize is that the mass mailer's contracts with the USPS also says that anything that is obviously a prank send (bricks, shingles, large amounts of coins, etc.), also allow the USPS to discard the pre-paid envelopes unsent. They won't get charged for extra-heavy envelopes.
