Yarrow founded CHISEL industries in 2004 and has won over fifty ADDY Awards for marketing and branding since. Yarrows interactive social networking ideas, film, and design have captured International audiences, and he has directed projects for Warner Brothers, Levis Direct TV, Columbia Records, Kirin Beer, CBS News, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, and more. He is passionate about mentoring, and education and his recent work for The University of Montana won top honors at the National CASE Awards, for marketing higher education.

In 1999, Yarrow founded Superdudes, a social networking site that took saving the world to a place of reality, by rewarding local community volunteerism through sponsor-driven prizes. The foundation worked with national charities, childrens hospitals, and teamed up with Shaquille O'Neal for an inner-city stay-in-school program. They grew the company virally to over a million and a half kids worldwide, becoming one of the hottest destination sites for youth 12-24 at that time, and was acquired by Fox Studios in 2004, with My Space for $565 Million.

Yarrow and CHISEL is currently developing a social networking site for UniversalAthletic.com, targeted at capturing high school athletes by providing a unique destination for kids, coaches, parents, and fans to build personalized pages, see their stats & schedules, get sports tips, training regimes, nutritional info, new gear highlights, and more. Depending on the key words that are selected when creating their profile, users will be shown highly targeted ads and promos that correlate with their profile, tying directly into the clients e-commerce system.

Yarrow is also Founder and President of HATCH, a global creative innovators mentorship program propelling careers in film, music, design, photography, technology, and numerous commercial applications of the arts. The annual HATCHfest, in Bozeman, Montana is an internationally recognized multi-disciplinary festival and showcase. HATCHfest has hosted over a hundred award-winning mentors in its first five years, as Oscar-winners, Emmy-winners, Grammy-winners and seasoned pros come to HATCH to donate four days of panels, workshops, screenings, and one-on-one interactions with students, local artists, and fans of the arts. HATCHfest.org has been visited by over 150 countries, and many of the panels have been downloaded over 1 million times.

As owner and Creative Director of CHISEL Industries, Yarrow develops effective maps for a company based on discovering the true core of a brand and its mission. In 2008, CHISEL industries set its sites on being catalysts and "awareness architects" for globally-conscious organizations, and social networking will play a big role in accomplishing this goal.
