About DIY Halloween Yard Haunt

DIY Halloween Yard Haunt Fog chiller construction, simple prop building, store-bought prop demos, display setups, techniques, hacks, tests & examples.

The videos are meant to inspire the beginner Halloween Yard Haunter to discover their own prop building techniques on a basic-to-intermediate level. It can be done individually or as a family project. There are no advanced pneumatic, animated, DMX or complex lighting setups shown.

Visit both hauntforum.com and halloweenforum.com which inspired me to develop my own prop building techniques that resulted in these videos. My old user ID is 'Fright Zone'.

I don't participate on the Internet forums nor build props these days. I don't have time. The videos are for archival purposes. All of the info is still relevant.

I have no plans to upload new videos.

Video Quality Note: Most of the video is low-resolution iPod Standard Quality video that was originally uploaded on my old Channel prior to youtube offering HQ resolution. Change the video playback option from 360p to 480p in the pop-up menu in the lower right of each video if available.
