当会では防犯対策の一つとして護身術を学びます。
元ボディーガード会社の武術インストラクターが、
なるべく力がぶつからない、やんわりとした動きで、過剰防衛とな
多摩地区の方、ぜひお越し下さい。
毎週土曜日の18:30から稽古しています。

Our 2 hours lesson is to learn how to protect yourself against bare hand and weapon attack.
The technique based from traditional Japanese martial arts.
You can learn flexible and softly movement on the training.
Date: Every Saturday.
Time: 18.30 - 20.30.
Place: Hino-City, Tokyo, Japan
Fee: JPY2000 / per lesson
