when you save enough CP, I recommend you to buy a silencer to go along with your weapon. Your vertical movement is too sensitive, make it the least sensitive.

I just recently bought a Precision shot 3 gun and played MAG with it. It helps a lot with aiming. But since the weapon switch, reload, crouch buttons are not within fingers reach you'll need to practise with it to be fast.
