Actually, the film does discuss George going to church to pray on VE and VJ days, so he was a church-going and praying man, not necessarily a strong believer though. No one should feel guilty about liking this film, just because it uses religious imagery.

@ThreeNails3 This was one of the final performances, and they had indicated Kirstie's voice was breaking down the week before. The pressure of the competition got to her, and you can't hide behind a larger group, when you are one of 5. She just couldn't hit all the notes in this song.

Guys, you have to have a special Treasury bank account set up for this to work. You cannot just send in an A4V form and expect it to work. You also have to have the UCC-1 filed. They have set up a lot of roadblocks, and it is not easy to do something like this.
