Drummers. Please stop the madness. This is not triplets! Triplets are entirely different 1 and ah 2 and ah etc. This is a very simple shuffle 1 and 2 and etc. This is why the half-time shuffle is a natural groove progression into the bridge. You can't come out of that back into triplets - it does...
