A lot of interesting stuff on here. Thank you for the ideas.

I am especially interested in your little invention for increasing strength in your forearms for squash (Racquet ball here in the States as you stated). While I don't play the sport, I see possibilities for helping forearm strength in wrestling, which my kids participate in, and in the general strength training that I do. I'll be looking over that brief clip many times to get some ideas for using parts that I might have in my "junk" boxes.
