I'm on ZMA right now, the only reason I bought it is because I had trouble sleeping and getting good rest, which is crucial for building muscle. The brand that I got was Reflex. It works great, I've had much better and deeper sleep, great recovery. However, no strength gains. Personally I wasn't looking to gain strength from this product, all I wanted IS SOME SLEEP!! I was exhausted. Saying that, I did notice spots on my back and face, which is an indication of an increase in test levels. I like the crazy vivid dreams I get on the stuff too. Hope this helped.
