Christopher D. Jones was born on July 2nd 1986 in Reno, NV. After four years in Southern California both he and his mother moved to Houston Texas where he graduated from Deer Park High School, May 2004. After graduating as a Texas Scholar, See J enlisted in the US Navy until Mar 2011 as Texas A&M University College Station as his final duty station where he still resides.
At the age of fourteen See J was exposed to his first genuine love music, punk rock (Band in Junior High doesn't count because I hate the trumpet lol). With MEST as his favorite band, he was inspired to pick up the guitar to ultimately win Battle of the Bands in the fall of 2005 in Yokosuka Japan while serving in the armed forces. With his father's classic rock influence and a keen understanding of guitar solos, and a hint of Dirty thirty- third coast rap styles it's no wonder why Hip-Hop became so comfortable. "All I gotta do is match my synonyms with the tapping of my fingers and then MONEY! For example Green Grass and High Tides by the Outlaws; I can't play the solos, but I bet ten to one that I can drum the exact notes with my fingertips."
