The Horse Prayer...
i am a horse, i will be naughty at times, but please , don't shout at me, i may not be feeling at my best, and i might be hurting somewhere. Please Look after me the way i look after you, i try my best for you, can you return it ? i am always here for you, i am always full of love and care, you can cry on my shoulders, i will listen and stand for you, i am always here for you. Sometimes i May be feeling hyper or happy, but please, go along with me , sometimes i may be down, you would be able to cheer me up wouldnt you ? when you ride me, Treat me with respect and have fun on me, We could go to fun places, Gallop across fields, jump over logs and many more things, oh wouldn't that be lovely, it would let our stresses go away, maybe you could ride me bareback and no hat , feel the wind going through you hair, i may buck with excitment, but please don;t hurt me. You can jump me as high as i will try to go, i will try my heart out for anything. We could go to shows, show of our full potential, canter round the show ring, my tail steming behind my, wouldnt that be amazing ? Then go to jumping , gallop round the course, win first place, with a red rosette pinned to my bridle. Maybe we could Qualify for something, maybe eventually HOYS, oh what a great experiance that would be, i would look my very best, and would be as posh as i could. But Please, Don't push me. One day we could go to the beach, how wonderful, gallop on the shore, then maybe we could go for a swin! how amazing, we could gallop through the water, as fast as a race horse! that would be amzing. Maybe we could go Cross Country? but don't push me over them, i may Fall and you could come off and hurt yourself, i would keep you safe, would you keep me safee ?
i would want you to take care of me, brush me and keep me warm when its cold, Bring me into my stable when its raining heavy, i would Appreciate that!
maybe We could race against your friends up across fields! oh how much fun that would be. Feed me Everyday and give me water, then i will have the energyy to go faster!
