Hey guys, I've watched most of your vids, and your numbers for deadlift, squat and benchpress are impressive. What I'm curious to know is, are they the only exercises you do? I havn't seen any others in any of your videos, and if so why is that? Kudos for getting strong backs, legs and chests, but if you have no arms what's the point? Like in terms of practicality? Why don't you do all your body parts opposed to just a few?

I understand that deadlifts and squats do work alot of muscles besides back and legs, but only doing them and nothing else will make your body disproportionate. I'm not having a go, just generally curious, any and all feedback will be taken with an open mind, provided it is constructive.

we mostly work our raw lifts in sets of five reps, our geared lifts in sets of one to three reps, and our accessory work in sets of eight-or-more reps. i post videos of only a few sets/ reps of the workouts and they are usually of heavier weights, which we do for less reps.

ive watched sum of ur vid and im just wondering why u guys do a bunch of sets and low reps rather than 3-5 sets with 8-12 reps.

Thank you anonymous hater. Your internet judging made me reconsider my entire lifting phylosophy. I will never wear any supportive gear ever again and work on my RAW power in hopes of achieving lifting greatness like yourself.

I looked at your profile in hopes of finding videos of your biblical power. I found none. Please post some videos of your monumentous feats of strength so that I may see what it takes to not be a "weak ass pussy."
