@LiamForeman Jana was a much better grasscourt player than Steffi?. As good as Jana was, she wasn't in Steffi's league. BTW, Sabatini choked just as much as Jana, probably more so. Even though Jana's choke against Steffi was bad, Sabatini's choke against Mary Joe at the '93 French was even worse.

Agreed, fascinating is a great way to describe Abigail Folger. Out of all the victims, I feel Abigail had the most potential, there is no telling what she could have accomplished. It's a shame we don't have more pics of her, or better still, actual video.

Sad to see Jana let it slip away, but give Steffi all due credit for hanging in there. Still, it was a nice run from Jana, beating Sabatini in the quarters, Martina in the semis, and nearly beating Steffi in the Final.
