How to catch Spiritomb
First place the Odd Keystone in the Spirit Well on Route 209 (hopefully you got the odd keystone). Then head into the Sinnoh Underground and talk to 32 people (not hikers by connecting with a nearby friend(not Wi-fi). You can also talk to the same person twice, but just exit the room after talking to them before talking to them again. After talking to 32 people, go back to the Spirit Well and a wild Spiritomb should be there. You can catch Spiritomb as many times as you want just repeat the process again.
