I notice that Ossipova has hitched the silly shade scarves up to her elbows, rather than keeping them down at her wrists - in this way you can see her arms. Also the scarf is attached to her chignon, not the nape of the neck, leaving the line of the neck and head free and visible. Hate those sha...

Really good, apart from the tours en attitude starting 0.29. I am sure, that with her control, she could do do them much better. (IMHO, Guillem is the only one who does these tours correctly). I agree with camille 32087 that the tempo is too slow.

I agree with nicolezly that the scarf is dreadful: it masks the line of the arms; the way it starts from the nape of the neck masks the line of the head and neck. It should be banned!

I don't really believe the "can't get a visa in time" story for Semionova. Maybe she got cold feet at the thought of dancing with a 20 yo first-time Siegfried. Whatever the truth, it was Vadim's gain. He could not have had a better partner than Klimentova for his debut. Imagine, 20 years old, fi...

I do agree. I really don't like the way Mr Rose conducts interviews. He never seems to develop any empathy with his guest (see really bad interviews with Cecilia Bartoli elsewhere on You Tube). How could you fail to conduct a good interview with Barysnikov. What a wasted opportunity.

She truly deserves that glittering crown she is wearing!
I do not know anyone who better performs Italian fouettes: great control, and she whips around to front for the next one with no effort. Very often you see good Ital fouettes spoiled by an incomplete turn .
