My name is Gerardo, but I mainly go by Jerry. I am 21 years old. I am Mexican, raised and born in Texas. I currently live in Minnesota... I am a leader, I like to be in control and in charge. I am a big fan of change, but I also like to have a secure contact with the old. I like doing new things, I like to do what I am most foreign to. I am a liberal with some conservative still in me. Voted for Obama. I never forget my old friends, even if I don't talk to certain people or keep in touch; I always think about them. I know many people but only a few are considered my true friends. I am very self aware. I tend to know my friends very well; sometimes more then themselves. I like to give adivce but will not force anyone to listen to me. If a friend is in trouble/hurt I feel for them too. I like to trust people right away. I like meeting new people and randomly (even if I don't see them again). I think that everyone deserves a second chance, if they do you wrong. I am a nice person and a good friend, but don't get me wrong... I can be strongly oppinionated, I can be really stubborn, I don't give up easily. People say that I think I am 'all that'... but that only means they know it's true. haha I can be prideful. I believe that everything is black or white, never gray. In order to suceed I think you need to have a vision and a goal. I am a student at the University of Minnesota, working on my third year. My family comes before friends. Blood is thicker than water. I like to go out and have fun... I like going to clubs, movies, mall, restaurants, friend's houses... anything fun. I usually never say no, always willing to do something... I am me, people think I change, but reality is that I always stick to my roots. I don't think I am better; I am just me. No one can change me. I like to see the big picture. I like constructive criticism. Don't come say my life is screwed up, when yours is worse. Mind your own business and let me live my own world. I am not the one to look for trouble or fight. I am a lover, but I also defend myself when needed. I am currently looking for the perfect girl, I am done doing the dating and breaking up game... Next girl I date I wanna marry. I want to settle down within the next 5 years. Time never stops and we only get older. One day I would like to move out of MN and maybe start my life from scratch.
