@oozay1 no. u felt that because the quads (front of thigh) flex ur hip like the exercise. ur abs do not do this. they only stabilize the core/pelvis while this happens. ask someone to flex just their lower abs. they can't. cause u cant just work the lower abs, its part of the bigger muscle called...
