@SonOfBe3r Nope, they only add those timers in spectator mode in the newer Quake Live vids. Everyone's gotta time either by feeling or with the ingame clock. Armor/weapons are 25 seconds, (mega) health 35.

@RUMBALman4downunder then i suggest taking a look at the back of a regular water bottle (let me give you a hint: it's not only H2O). the water in the sewer(?) doesn't seem nearly as clean as drinking water either so you can assume it's loaded with other conducting minerals/salt.
