@cmommsen1 i know that. in my company not only the servers are linux, also the workstations.
However, i think it's a bit harder to hack a linux server maintained by a professional sysadmin that only installs canonical packages than a windows machine maintained by my dad that downloads from kazaa..

@jayden9878 I'm seeing right now (jul 13) this card: XFX ATI Radeon HD6870 1 GB at $189.54 in amazon. And GTX 480 at $300. Its 60% more expensive. Sorry for not being 100% accurate before.

Price / FPS = how much you paid for every FPS (aka bang for buck).
An AMD will have competitive framerates, and with the money you save, you can grab a bigger GPU, which WILL impact heavily on FPS.

They can put AMD up front as long as they don't change the color from red to green. You know, for ages it has been red (ATI) vs green (nvidia), even the colors are contrary so it was cool.
If AMD put's its green color on these cards, it's going to be confusing

How can having win7 be a bad sign?
For me it means i can transfer files from my desktop and keep using them on the go, without doing only what itunes wants.
IOS is for tablet TOYS, win7 is for tablet PC's. Get the one that fits your needs.
