I'm a huge NBA fan and I've been watching the NBA ever since I was 5. Michael Jordan was the reason why i started watching the NBA and playing basketball. I use to watch MJ and the bulls all the time back then when I was a kid. I stopped watching the bulls once MJ retired. I watched MJ again when he came back as a wizard player and still played incredible at his age. That's why MJ is the greatest of all-time. After MJ retired in 98, I started watching the Lakers a lot after that because of a kid name Kobe Bryant that caught my attention. I've been watching the Lakers since then and until now. I'm a Lakers for life and will always be. Funny thing is, at first though, I wasn't a Kobe fan yet and I actually dislike him from the beginning until I realize how can I not like someone that has so much talent and greatness. I guess the more I saw him play and the more I learned about him, the more he started to earn my respect as years passed. His hard work-ethic and mentality is what got me then just his skills and talent. That's when I became a Kobe fan. I've seen him played since he came into the NBA, pretty much his entire career. The 1st 3 Peat, when the Lakers broke apart, when Kobe was by himself, when gasol arrived, and of course the back to back titles. Like I said, I've seen him played his entire career. He's definitely the best player in the game today. There's no doubt that Kobe will go down as the greatest to ever play the game along with MJ, Kareem, Magic, Larry, Wilt, Oscar, and etc. He's the best in this era and Michael Jordan was the best in the 90's. Michael to me is the greatest of all-time. Period. He's not Michael Jordan because there is only one MJ. Period. He's just Kobe Bryant. Simple as that. Let's just leave it like that but I will say this though, He's the closest thing to Jordan then any other players in the NBA today. I guess that's another reason why I like Kobe a lot because he reminds me of Michael Jordan.
