X-Treme Backyard Wrestling Philadelphia opened its doors to the public in 2003. It was started by the sick and twisted mind of the man known to backyard wrestlers and fans as Sick MexXxican. The company took many different paths since it was created it went from the backyard wrestling era, to the bedroom wrestling era, to the working in a shit-hole ring era. none the less Ultra-violence always attracted its sick and twisted fans. 2006 came around and the company took a different path. A path away from Deathmatch Wrestling.
By Feb 2008 the company folded Leaving many wrestlers without a home causing alot of controversy among workers. After months and months of no comments XBW C.E.O. Sick MexXxican decided to say fuck it lets do it again, Lets give them something to talk about, Lets Give them REAL Backyard Wrestling, Lets Give Them XBW Philadelphia. XBW evolved from the cement yard, to the bedroom, to the crappy ring, to a Pro Ring. With great wrestlers and even better fans. XBW will never die.
