Love the Channel! was wondering if you could do a junkyard racer. after watching the awsome trd ford video, i thought it would be cool if to build a budget racer. buy a hunk of junk, slap on a home made turbo kit, or laughing gas and build a stright line car while maintaing the core of the show

this was great! loved the part about the cave disapearing! and the 300 dollar ebay knife set.... it was worth the 8 min of watch to laugh ratio.

I would double check the oil level after that initial start, only becuase you havent taken in account the capasity of the oil filter.

@ryman4760 its actually burning the valves, not bending them. The hot exhaust exiting stright from the header and then cold air from outside causes this. If you had stright pipes running directly to the back or even the side, the outside air would not have the same effect. Think hot glass with ic...

@albob20 wrong, viscosity modifiers are needed to create that large gap, so in reality the 0-40 has a "higher" viscosity index then the 0-20 hence the thickness. Bob is the oil guy is a great site to visit to learn about oils

@toofast01ws6 I agree have fun, but what your doing is abuse. use those rpms to pull mustangs and imports, not cook your tires and overheat your oil.

ive read the head gasket project has already started on this civic, but being a honda, this motor is one of the few that can be rebuilt with the engine still in the car. In any event this project has produced alot of good videos and hope to see more!
