@delcshimo If you're interested further try Drew Baye's website. He takes a science based approach to training. He seems to be advocating slower sets these days with longer duration or TUL(Time Under Load). This seems to me to be more of a focus on injury prevention rather than a size gain focus....

@000silversurfer000 Gaspari had disproportionately short and underdeveloped upper arms. Also no skeletal shoulder width. He did have great conditioning and presentation though.
