@Wowfanatic119 Quartz, It's a cast bar mod that shows a red area depending on your latency which shows when you can start casting another spell without cancelling the current one. In addition it also shows you when the ticks of mindflay occur. You should be able to find it at curse(dot)com I beli...

@Ayashisama self buffed it's typically 13-14k I believe although in raids (25m) its usually 20k - 25k depending on the encounter. If you would like you may view my raid combat logs here worldoflogs(dot)com/guilds/53843/

@Tomiswin haha I bought an old school IBM Model M keyboard (with the clicky keys) because I hate typing on anything else. The downside is that its ungodly loud...drives anyone else in the house nuts.
