maybe the best thing christianity has to offer as far as music goes, especially metal. they made some excellent "doom" albums in the 80's and early 90's, but they were very positive albums, at least the lyrics were. the thrash metal band living sacrifice had an excellent self titled album as well...

one of my favorite Sodom songs, and they have plenty of great material. A solid band that has stood the test of time. All the so called "metal" bands of the mainstream wish they were this good.
