how do you install it? Correct me if Im wrong but most backgrounds i see are made of foam and float so you need to glue it down right? I have a 55 gallon and I want to put a 3d background in mine but I actually have fish in it already...shoulda bought it before I set up the tank but I didnt think...

I have the exact same kit as you. the marineland LED 55 kit. Is your filter silent apart from the waterfall you have there? mine makes a loud humming/grinding noise as if theres gravel or sand in my filter. ive done everything i can so far except for trying to get a replacement. just want to know...

Scythe GentleTyphoons. they come in different speeds. just buy the one and get a good fan controller and your set. the 1150RPM model is only 16db so just turn it down a bit and you wont hear it unless its right in your face. BTW the fastest one is 2150RPM and its fairly loud so dont buy that one ...
