Not so much paperwork here and actually pretty simple as long as your criminal record is clean. If it is, you can just go to a store, buy a gun, and walk out. Guns are a bit costly, but I still have them. They would come in handy should the zombies actually come.

They weren't aftereffects I don't believe some where between :53 - :56 I saw a trey that explosives were in. Thus, the explosions were real. (Which explains why there were firemen off set.)
