About Out of Focus
This is a video journal that I'm using as a way to improve my ability to verbalize my emotions and events that have happened in my life that I'm unable to say out loud. Writing has always been my tool to get things out, but I know it's important to be able to say the words...if I can never say the words, then how can I ever learn to truly cope? I'm not saying it's gonna be all doom and gloom, there'll be a good portion of interesting silliness I'm sure. ;)
