Falling In Love Again (In Progress)
1-10 of 12Nick and Delta have been together for five years. Delta is Nick's whole entire world. But then Nick's world comes crashing down when he finds out Delta's sick. Before she passes away, Delta makes him promise that he'll find someone else to love, just as much as he loved her. Nick doesn't think he can do it. But when he bumps into Miley--a girl he used to be best friends with when he was a kid--can he finally let himself fall in love again?
