oh. hello there.

My name is Alexis. I'm overly obsessed with Twilight. The Twilight Saga has changed my life. It really has. Stephenie Meyer is really blessed to create something as amazing as this. She created this world wide phenomenon by a dream. Just a dream. She immediately wrote down what she'd dreamed of, knowing she'd forget later if she didn't. That's where she wrote the meadow scene. She wrote from Chapter 12, all the way to the end of the first book. Then she went back and created a beginning. She then told her sister, and let her read it. Her sister fell in love with it, and told her to show it to a publisher. Stephenie said she never really did think about being an author, but if she wouldn't have taken it to her inspirational sister, Twilight would have never been born. Stephenie Meyer is a hell of a person. Even though she might not publish Midnight Sun, she still wrote 4 other AMAZING books. (The Twilight Series). I discovered Twilight off of a friend on YouTube in July of 2009. I'd never heard of it. But she really, really recommended it, so I decided to give it a shot, and watch the movie at least. Watching the movie was like love at first site. I watched it time after time until I finally had to give up, and return it back to Netflix. I immediately wanted to read the books, to see if they were any better than the movie. They're 10x better, even though the movies are still amazing. I'm officially Team Edward. Jacob's okay, don't get me wrong, but Edward is just.. more beautiful, loving, caring, over-protective, and the poor guy's been tortured his whole life.
Edward Anthony Masen Cullen is the perfect guy. He really is. Reading the books has proven it to me. I've read every book at least 85 times. No lie. It's literally all I read. I could read it over and over. It was still be just as exciting and awesome as it was the first time. The Twilight Saga is what I read every single night before I go to bed. Honestly. I have huge, blown up posters in my room that are specially framed, and are hanging on my wall. c:
Calenders, accessories, clothes, posters, movies.. it's all Twilight related stuff. Ahh! I'm just an addict! But I enjoy it. I watch Twilight or Eclipse basically every night in the summer, since those are the two movies that have an audio commentary. I love Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's commentary. They're really cool people. And they're amazing for taking the role of Edward and Bella in the series. That's a lot of time and effort and privacy that they're giving up. All for us Twilight addicts out there like me.
