My name is Rachael. I'm 18.
I love All Saints, Evanescence and NCIS.
My videos are about mental health issues, abuse,and trauma, but mainly self injury. I also have some poetry. I've dealt with self injury for a long time. I'm here to share my stories and help people as best as I can. I have Autism, ADHD and Bipolar Disorder but it doesn't define me as a person. I am in a documentary called The Silent Epidemic (The Silence of Self Harm) which is part of a series on SBS. It airs Sunday December 12th at 8.30 pm Australian time.
