Hi, my name is Charley Lou, im 20and from a little town in the UK called Snodland.
well what can i say, i best start with welcome to my youtube page. I have been singing for as long as i can remember and i hope to carry on singing for years to come. I first started to sing when i was about 8 maybe 9 it was a couple of years after my parents split up and i kind of took it a bit hard. My life kind of revolved around my singing after they split and whenever i was thinking about the past i would find a song that would either cheer me up or i would look to songs of the past to help me.
I have never really been a confident person and when i came across youtube and i saw all the people that had added videos of themselves singing, i thought what the hell ill give it a try. so at 15 i stated adding videos of myself singing and when i started getting feedback from people that actually liked my voice i was amazed! i had know idea that people thought i had a good voice. Well im still quite a nervous person, i did my first solo in july 2007 and i absolutley loved the feeling of it, the amount of teachers that come up to me and said i really didnt know you had it in you.
Well since then i have auditioned for X Factor twice but yet again my nerves seem to get in the way and i mess it up, i have also recorded a CD. I will be uploading the songs quite soon.
I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years now, and it has been the greatest 3 years of my life! i love him so much and i would be lost with out him.
Theres hope for the future.. love you adam xx
