Hello there!
This is Risa, Izumi's good friend and sort of assistant commander-in-chief for this project. Izumi, unfortunately, has had a tornado hit her hometown. Lots of things have been destroyed in the midst of the damage, including her main power supply, which blew up in the storm. The situation is quite serious over there, as it's gotten to the point that other people have to go and use Izumi's shower at her house because their waterline was wrecked. She has no power all throughout her city and she's not quite sure when she'll be getting back. (cont.)
