@jissy1star I'd imagine for the best result you'de have to follow the plan... but I'm lazy and just did my own thing though, so you probably can too :P lol. At the very least try a diet similar to insanitie's.

Just make sure you're eating enough and don't snack on junk food - go for meat/chicken...

I'm not a supporter of the current Iranian government, however one thing I do admire is how adamently they're standing up against America, Israel and everyone else who wants to see Iran fall. I'm proud of my country for the progress they've made in every field, including the nuclear advances.
