Abilities- Electrokinesis gives Cole the ability to channel lightning in and out of his body, while Electromagnetism allows him to use electricity in order to generate magnetic and anti-magnetic effects. He can send out waves of electricity in a radar-like fashion to locate targets. His healing factor is greatly increased. He can heal, restrain, and leech life energy at will.
Weaknesses- Cole is unable to swim due to the constant electric charge in his body. If he runs out of energy, he weakens considerably and must find a source to leech from. If he is in an area where there is no power, his head fogs and he has trouble concentrating. Cole is unable to use guns or get in cars, as they will both explode.
