I think those "blushes" are a good recommendation for younger girls who are just starting with makeup because they give a gentle flush and couldn't they also be used as a base. I've never used them.

Christmas of 2010, my husband got me the MAC 182 brush and I was floored just because of the price but, he knew that I would love that brush and would use it everytime I wear makeup (which isn't often). The Hakuhodo brushes look and seem like amazing brushes but, the prices.... not so much LOL :)

I'm a pre-nursing student and my brain DOES get full sometimes and I just have to walk away, take a pain killer (sometimes), drink a cup of coffee and paint my nails or clean my makeup brushes, if I'm at home. Then, I'll go back to studying LOL
