Yall might want to check out the M24 300 Win Mag used by the military, especially the Long Rang Shooting Teams 1000 Meters. The 300 Win Mag is amazing at that range. I have a BA 110 300 WM and shoot 600 and 1000 meters all the time and can hit a gallon jug 8 out of 10 shots at that range.

Actually it doesn't kick, it shoves you about 6in backwards. Totally differant from a 7mm mag or somether high powered hunting rifle.
