@Govallo1988 TN hasn't had a state income tax for alot longer than the recession there Gova. They also have no legal way to force people to pay state fees, so denying service is the only way for them to exist.

These folks want the tax benefits of TN but also demand the social services of KY. Thats what this story is about. Either move 1 mile north into KY or try to convince the people of TN to start collecting a state income tax and increase property taxes.
