Roxanne was formed in 1982 in Norrköping, Sweden by some young boys, who grew up listening to all kinds of music. This fact makes Roxanne very open-minded in creating their music.
Influenced by various artists they mix-up different styles of music, but always with the power & the positive vibes of reggae as a major influence.

Through all years, Roxannes constantly givin of their music at the live-scene, has made them one of Scandinavias most popular reggae-band. This was one of the reasons why Roxanne
was given the honourable task of acting as a support-act to The Wailers; "Bob Marley Memorial Tour" in Scandinavia -91.
At The Wailers return to Scandinavia in -92, Roxanne was the natural choice once again.
A few months later the same year, Inner Circle visited Sweden and again Roxanne was to be the support-act.
