"If the State is still calling you a defendant, your case is not over/deleted. A defendant is still and always a member of the Commonwealth unless you choose not to be."

The Prosecution has 18 months to record a disposition against a defendant. If not, they must expunge the case against the defendant. Why would you sign any thing then? Even if you do plea, you can still do a clemency challenge to point out what wasn't done by the prosecution that could have had charges dropped and so forth. I'm just a guy who isn't allowed to be called a veteran but took an oath to defend these rights regardless. Look into them yourself.
