As a hybrid cruiser/science, I think it has the best of both. You get aux+, subsystem targeting and sensor analysis, plus you get the 1.3x shield modifier of science, plus you turn better then any of the cruisers, with 750 crew and a strong hull. I love this ship.

In real life, this was considered a tank. Nowhere in the definition of a "tank" is there required to be a turret. The first tanks didn't have turrets, nor did many early tanks. The S-Tank doesn't have a turret--yet they're still tanks. This was a tank.
