This was the ultimate scene in the movie. Triumph over fixed odds. The sequence was orchestrated perfectly. Eddie's mother standing to her feet. The reactions from Flash, Big Red and Monroe. And topping it with them joining hands at the end. Touching, powerful, and classic.

Is that Michael Michelle? I just watched "Have You Ever Loved Somebody" and she's in that one, too.

Man, this is one of the Freddie songs that I forgot about. I remember hearing this growing up, and the craze over Freddie. Big ups to Michael Michelle -- New Jack City baby.
