There are so many things I love about life I can't even begin to think of them all. Handbells are on the top though. I've been playing since I was, um, 12. That's 11/12 years ago! These days I play in the bass section, position 1, F3 and bellow. But I've played almost everywhere.
I've been recording the audio from all of our home performances for several years, but this year is the first time I've tried to video tape the group on a steady basis. I have uploaded our better pieces to share with the handbell community.
Just so you know, the video and the audio are separate tracks. I used the church's weekly digital recording of the worship service (of which I am in charge) for the audio component because the microphone on the camera records horribly and the quality of the house recording is, well, outstanding all things considered.
Check back next season, I'll have more videos when we start playing again...
