Throughout the history of the church, there are at least two things that have required continual affirmation and exposition. These are realities that are particularly targeted by Satan, and which consequently tend to be glossed by professing believers. The first is the depths to which man fell in Adam. The second is the marvelous extent to which God has gone to deliver and reconcile sinners to himself, and conform them to the image of His Son.
