is that not two parts paint to one part thinner?

example: 1 qt.of paint would need 1/2 qt. of thinner

or do i have it back wards

so as to controll the pressure with the gauge.

did you use the air grinder to peel tthem?

does your '84 wheels have an anodized coating on them?

if so ,you can use like a drain cleaner to get it off, then you could polish the bare aluminum.
