@Prestonpiemincher They also wrote some of the best songs ever, and their albums were always ranked very highly in magazines etc. Besides, I doubt you could do any better so I'd stop looking down upon them if I were you.

I think it's so thoughtful that Paul performed some of the songs that seemed to mean the most to John, himself. I think he put a lot of consideration into that selection - a pure act of respect to a friend he loved so dearly
