After 20 years break from exercise in October 2009 i took up boxing, 'Definition:Boxer - One who boxes; skilled in the offensive and defensive tactics of boxing, as distinguished from a slugger. ' I train 30mins every day and once a week sparring at the local boxing club. The all round fitness benefits are amazing and i feel great for it. Apart from that i like to learn new construction skills and more about google sketchup. I also like all types of music and am an avid Ebay shopaholic - the postman will tell you that.
