I have a left side (Nearside) crankcase cover that might fit it. Some wear marks on the inside, where a floating crank rubbed, but it was oil-tight. Needs a good buff-up etc, but I am in UK! Any help? I don't want to scrap it.

If you make your tenons with good plywood, they are even stronger. Try breaking a small piece of 3/8" ply in the vice. See what I mean? Thanks for your faith in 'slip-tenons'. I use them almost exclusively.

Six drills? Why not mount just one, and move the workpiece along, same as Kreg's Pneumatic machine? You would still eliminate the need to keep clamping and unclamping the normal Kreg Jig, ! Which is the point of using the machine of course. All the same, nice idea, even if it seems like overkill...

I try not to criticise, because I don't have the means to make videos. But it sounds as if your saw blade needs sharpening, or the fence is not parallel with the blade (or both) That's why you are having trouble pushing the workpiece through the saw. An outfeed support needs to be the same height...
